Approximately 175 students, faculty and community members filled Ader Hall in the Billings Library to celebrate Shakespeare's birthday last week. They printed some appropriate lines from The Merchant of Venice, browsed books, made hats, and ate cake.
Special Collections staff member Sharon Thayer shared works from the Rare Book collection, including a crowd favorite, Shakespeare's Rainbow.
Professor Liz Fenton (English) helped students print a Shakespearean keepsake.
